I live in a magical region anchored in the Yariguies mountains, my name is Alfredo P. I work in the city of Bucaramanga.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I have taken refuge in nature together with my family. I have learned to value my neighbors, the animals, and each plant that produces its fruits for our sustenance. I value every second of my life and that of my family. I learned to pray effusively and to be grateful for every second of my existence and value the spiritual aspects, prevailing over the materials.

With COVID-19 the precariousness of our media is notorious, making emphasis on the internet since my daughter who is in high school has been limited in her virtual classes. In addition to this, my daughter misses sharing with her friends and teachers. With all this because of the COVID-19, we have become aware and learned of the fragility of our lives and of the importance of existing in the community, based on love, understanding, respect, and tolerance. Since the increase in violence, intra-family is most valued and therefore family values are being preserved.
