I am Héctor M., a TV producer, I live in Santiago de Chile, with my mother. I am the father of 3 children, a boy, and two girls. The girls live together in an apartment in front of mine and my son is in Mexico, 1 year and 8 months ago.

The Pandemic has touched me in different scenarios; in the family, I have the tranquility of having my daughters in front and my son, although he is far, we are in daily contact and supporting him in everything necessary, in this new reality. In the workplace, the audiovisual medium is very unemployed because the projects, in general, are directly linked to filmmakers, directors, producers, TV faces, and technical personnel, which makes our work very complex, due to the social distancing that is fundamental, to avoid contagions. But again it is a constant threat to work in these conditions, to the point that I can’t work for now.

Living with my mother, a 76-year-old woman, a person at risk, has been complex because she is a very active woman, she usually went out every day, because she’s bored being in the apartment. We have generated daily activities to reduce anxiety or depression due to the confinement. The good thing is that she is an intelligent woman and that she assumed that we are living a new reality.

I like to see that the planet is healing because of this, but for humanity, it is a stressful situation to live like laboratory rats.
