Since COVID-19 entered Saudi and put into effect lockdown starting from February in the city where I work which used to be usually rather crowded, the streets are too quiet. Starting in February activities can be carried out starting from 6 am to 6 pm and since March, the rules change even more strictly from 6 am to 3 pm. But what I salute is the people here are living according to the rules … nothing to laugh at because this is a rich country, so even though there is no starving, people are in lockdown. So it is normal here, only the difference now is we are required to wear a good mask especially if outside the house.

My name is Mansor Al K. I am 27 years old. My daily activities is a guard of religious schools next to my house. This work is not for a salary. My objective with this work is to get the reward from Allah for life in the afterlife. For the needs of daily life, I and my family are fulfilled. I do not want to be rich, but my family and I want to be happy people living in the world and the hereafter. Let’s pray that COVID-19 is gone. Thanks very much for reading my story.
